Shipping Policy

Before you submit your order, please fill in your address details and confirm that your order can be delivered to your address via the courier.

Delivery area:

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and the following outlying islands:
Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airpot; Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O.
Non-delivery areas: Islands (except Lantau, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Lamma Island)

Shipping costs

1. NexstMall Orders currently offers free shipping to Hong Kong SAR customers for orders above HK$ 500. For orders under HK$ 500, HK$30 will be charged for each order.
2. WEEE (Old Appliance Removal)
Service is available to customer who purchase new items with same WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) category and quantity.
No removal service provided for restricted / permitted area, i.e. construction site, airport restricted area, High Speed Rail restricted area.
Any appliance handover in pier and removal item located in island, the removal service will be arranged on other day separately, i.e. Lamma, Tai O.

Delivery timeframe

1. Immediate stock items will ship your order within 7 business days after the payment is made, but in some remote locations, delivery may be further delayed. You may refer to your shipment notification email to track your order online.
2. Preordering items will ship your order within 15-20 business days after the payment is made, but in some remote locations, delivery may be further delayed. You may refer to your shipment notification email t track your order online.
3. Order contains both immediate stock item and preordering item
If your order contains multiple products with different shipping dates (including immediate stocks and preordering items), depending on the shipping and mailing status, your order may not be shipped until all the products are ready.

Accepting Delivery

When your order is delivered, please verify that the original packaging is intact, the exclusive Online Store box sealed, product quantity and specifications, packaging list, invoice, etc are correct before signing on the delivery slip. If you found that the packaging has been damaged, products are wrong, or the order has some other errors, please inform the delivery person on the spot and reject the whole package, and inform our support promptly. We will strive to help you resolve the matter. Please do not open or damage the product and its original packaging.

Please note

1. End-user may not able to receive the good(s) if the recipient's information is incomplete or address is changed.
2. Your order might be delayed due to issues such as a typhoon or public construction, transportation control, stock take, etc.
3. If payment was delayed due to bank approval process, delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
4. If for security reason or any other reasons, our courier is not able to deliver the goods to the billing address as specified in your order and get your receipt confirmation, we may ask you to collect the goods from one of our pick-up points and will not arrange any delivery. In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
